St. Andrew's Faith in Action Ministry invites you to two upcoming educational events focused on solutions to homelessness in Encinitas. We will be hosting a program including videos, perspectives of folks with lived experience, and a presentation on "Functional Zero" homelessness achieved in a Southern California beach community.
