Children and Families Ministry

St. Andrew’s believes each child is a special, unique, beloved child of God-no exceptions. We create a welcoming environment where all our children feel the light of God shine on them and discover that same light shining through them.

Just like each child is unique, each family is unique as well. Our goal is to support all of our families as they shepherd their children through this earliest part of their faith life. We are honored to participate with you on your family’s faith journey.

  • Sunday School for children age 4 through 6th grade meets most Sundays between September and June. Please see our latest newsletter here for up-to-date information and schedules.

  • When Sunday School is not in session during the summer, we offer children aged 2-12 a relaxed program focusing on service, kindness, and art.

  • We schedule a family day of service each quarter for families of Sunday School children to enjoy the gift of serving together.

  • We recognize families play a leading role in faith formation. Our talented Sunday School leaders work with families to discover in-home practices that work for them. Whether it’s creating a simple bedtime prayer routine, creating a sacred space in the home, or even a plan for evening Compline, we are happy to support you and your family.
