During the weekend, we’ll learn about Julian of Norwich and her book The Revelations of Divine Love.  Her message for men and women of her time, and for us today is one of hope and trust in a God whose compassionate love is always directed towards us.  “He is our clothing.  In his love he wraps us and enfolds us and will never let us go”. 

Our retreat, led by Deacon Gigi Miller and Rev. Martie Johnson, is a time when women of all ages and interests come together to experience spiritual renewal, a sense of peace and grow closer to this warm and welcoming sanctuary of women.   At the lovely retreat center (Vina de Lestonnac) in the hills of Temecula, just over an hour away, the weekend offers us time for learning, worship in new ways, small group sharing, rest, exercise and creative expression.

The cost of the weekend, including two nights lodging, all meals and retreat materials is $600.00 (single occupancy) $450.00 per person (double occupancy), and $380.00 per person (triple occupancy).  Accommodations are available on a first come, first serve basis.  Registration will open on March 1, and close on March 31st. Payment in full is due upon registration. Payment will be possible by Easy Tithe (on or after March 1st, look for Women’s Retreat in the drop down – and please include the service fee in your payment) or by check (also on or after March 1st). Please make your checks payable to St. Andrew’s with “Women’s Retreat” on the memo line and place it in the collection plate or in the Treasurer’s box on the wall in the office.
