Census 2012

We are getting ready to collect new census forms from all parishioners!  Don't forget to fill out yours!

Our office staff relies on our census forms for everything from praying for birthdays to emailing important news to filling out Diocesan reports.  Most of you have filled one out in the past, but since information changes constantly a great many of them are outdated. In addition, we have added a spot for an emergency contact in response to recent occasions where we’ve needed one for an ill parishioner who lives alone. To download a form, click here.
